ALTEK injection mold capabilities

The ALTEK Advantage Means Increased Profit and Reduced Time to Market for your plastic injection molding projects. When Al Marzetta founded ALTEK in 1980, much of the injection mold technology and processes which we take for granted today didn't exist. What did exist was a vision of a company created to provide manufacturers with a single resource for excellence in product design, development and manufacturing. Al's passion for staying on top of the latest advances has made ALTEK an injection mold manufacturer that leads the industry in innovation, expertise and customer service.

ALTEK customers see the benefits of that passion everyday in creative solutions that bring products to market quickly while maximizing profitability - all without sacrificing quality.

INJECTION MOLDING

Empowerment. We’re encouraged to be involved and to bring new ideas forward. Many innovative ideas have originated with employees. Everyone is encouraged to develop their own solutions, and our contributions are recognized and valued.

ALTEK engineers take the time to thoroughly discuss your objectives and explore all technology and materials options in order to ensure the most efficient solutions before we begin the task of designing and tooling your injection molds. Our engineers work closely with your engineering staff, and if necessary, third party experts to guarantee the most effective thermoplastic injection mold development solutions.

Every project includes a rigorous review process, including review of 2D models, mold flow analysis, mold testing, first article inspection, and formal reports with sample parts.

You’ll also benefit from ALTEK’s complete tool maintenance and repair, in-house tool modifications, and off-shore partnerships.

ALTEK’s ability to manufacture precision, close tolerance custom plastic molding parts has made us a supplier of choice for high-tech medical and aerospace injection molding. This achievement requires the most modern equipment available, including a variety of plastic injection molding presses ranging from 28 to 1500 tons. Most of which are outfitted with robots and automated conveyor delivery systems. ALTEK produces small, intricately detailed parts, as well as larger, contoured parts using complex innovative manufacturing processes.

We have fully automated high-volume production capabilities including generic and custom injection molding automation and fully automated bulk material handling systems.

Our team is highly experienced in working with a wide range of thermoplastics and committed to meeting your quality requirements while ensuring critical on-time deliveries.
