The successful candidate will direct shift activities and execute the production schedule as defined while minimizing waste and meeting or exceeding production standards.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of Six Sigma
Understanding of OSHA/WISHA requirements
Understanding of Human Resources practices
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Minimum 5 years Machinist experience; High School Degree or GED required, AAS degree or apprenticeship program preferred
