BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Business Development manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing customer program execution through the management of Program Managers and Account Managers. This role supports the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement and opportunity development through program launch and sustained production. The Business Development Manager will also lead trade show planning and execution, including developing strategies for marketing the company at events and eventually managing a small events/marketing team focused on the markets we serve. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding, precision machining, and related secondary operations. Travel may be required for customer visits and trade shows, up to 30% of the time. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer partnerships, supporting quoting and contract negotiations, and ensuring successful program execution across all assigned accounts.
